Can I return custom items?
All custom or altered items are considered final sale. If there is an error on our part, Silver Statements will be happy to replace the item in addition to covering the cost of shipping.
Estimated shipping times
•Estimated shipping times for domestic orders within the US:
USPS First Class: 3-5 business days (includes Delivery Confirmation tracking)
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days (includes Delivery Confirmation tracking, but is not guaranteed)
USPS Express Mail: Overnight or 2nd day, guaranteed (depending on region of the country)
•Estimated shipping times for international orders:
USPS First Class International: 2-8 weeks, depending on destination (limited tracking depending on destination)
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days (limited tracking depending on destination)
USPS Express Mail International: 3-5 business days (comes with tracking and a guaranteed delivery date, depending on country.)
•Shipping times do not include the production time. Production time is shown at the top of each page.
•Please note: Silver Statements is not responsible for items lost in transit. First Class shipping does not include insurance. Please upgrade shipping to ensure that a claim can be filed if an item is not received. In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, Silver Statements is happy to work with you and USPS to recover the items whenever possible.
•When and item is marked as delivered, it is considered delivered.
How are items packaged?
Each item is wrapped in tissue paper inside a kraft paper gift box, ready to give! Each order is mailed in a bubble wrap envelope for additional protection.
