This stethoscope charm is beautiful, well-made, and doesn't feel cheap. The seller was willing to send it to Colombia for a fee, and (while it took over a month, though I was warned beforehand) it arrived in beautiful presentation, and the gift was loved. Communication was great. Thank you!
