Just received my newest Smartwatch medical alert charm in copper. I already have 6 (2 in each metal), for various medical issues, and was recently put on an anti-arrhythmia medication that was recommended to wear a medical alert bracelet. So I came back to this shop for my newest one and will continue to do so if needed. I love how they look on my watchband, and since I wear this band all the time, my medical alerts are always with me. Shipping is good and very timely. So happy I found this shop.
