My bracelet arrived today and it's perfect. It looks and feels excellent quality, and the presentation of the package was also great. Thank you :)
Bracelet and customer service were both excellent!
It doesn't feel like metal...but it looks just like the photo.
Very well built, shiny, writing is beautiful. If you're thinking about buying this, go for it!

Bought as a gift & was very pleased. Arrived quickly, would recommend!
So beautiful. I bought this in the sterling silver for my Mom's birthday in April. She is a petite, fierce woman who is in remission from ovarian cancer. I can't wait to give it to her!
Exactly what I hoped it would be - I love it so much!!
I love it! Thank you!
Best Customer Service, bracelet was too big, mailed it back for a size customization. So helpful and prompt responder! I will be back!
