My husband loves his watch band charm. It looks and feels like great quality. The shipping was not the sellers fault. As I was tracking my order it arrived in my local post office and then headed 3 states away, moved to a southern state and finally arrived back in California for the second time. With all that done I did receive my order by the date I needed it as it was a anniversary gift. I will oder from this company again and refer it to my family and friends.
